On July 29, we held the grand opening of
Vivas Classic Latin Cuisine in
Belmar, NJ.
The event kicked off with a ribbon-cutting ceremony by Belmar Mayor Kenneth E. Pringle, the Belmar City Council, the Belmar Chamber of Commerce and Vivas owner Will Vivas.
“We are very excited for Vivas to re-open their kitchen to the Belmar community, and we look forward to Vivas serving our citizens for many years to come,” Mayor Pringle said.
The capacity crowd dined on complimentary tapas selections and new menu items. Fans of
94.3 The Point had the opportunity to meet and greet with midday host
Laurie Cataldo and win some great prizes from The Point Street Team. Outside diners relaxed to the smooth jazz of
The Conjugals, while other patrons enjoyed their tarot card readings by “Yolanda.”
